Who I Am

Before moving to Scotland and training as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist , I spent the first 19 years of my life growing up in South Africa both in rural and city settings. I have always found comfort and wisdom in nature amongst the trees and wild things. My unique upbringing and resonance with nature has carried me into my adult life as a person, a friend, a daughter, a wife, a mother and a therapist.

I spend most of my free time avoiding doing the housework ( I loathe dusting!) by walking in forests where I’m gladly entertained by the goings on of small creatures or travelling the highlands with my family and beloved sheep dog. I come to you, exactly as I am so that you may be exactly who you are.
